The Nutrition Center in Tarkio is making some much-needed renovations thanks to the Carpenter Trust and Heartland Education Board. A new walk-in cooler, pantry, and ramp are being built on the west side of the building. This will provide added storage space for all the food the Nutrition Center cooks daily for senior citizens.
