Scott Brion, 35, Hamburg, Iowa, was arrested July 28, 2020, at 10:39 a.m. in Mitchelville, Iowa, by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for: Failure To Appear On Charge Of Distribution Of A Controlled Substance In A Protected Location.

Thomas McCrerey, 25, Easton, Missouri, was arrested July 30, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at the Atchison County Courthouse by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for: Charges Of Assault 1st Degree Or Attempt, DWI-Serious Physical Injury, Leaving Scene Of Accident-Physical Injury, Operating A Motor Vehicle In A Careless And Imprudent Manner Involving An Accident, Possession Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannibinoid Of 10 Grams Or Less, and Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Brandy Baker, 22, Shenandoah, Iowa, was arrested July 31, 2020, at 10:07 p.m. in Holt County, Missouri, by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for: Stealing.
