The Rock Port Tourism Board met Thursday, July 9, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. Members present were Mike Farmer, Holly Huntley, Tami Lansdown, Angela Mace, Kallie Sherwood, and Jody Vansickle. Jennifer Alvarez and Chris Shimmel were absent.

Holly Huntley called the meeting to order.

The meeting agenda was approved.

Holly Huntley moved to approve the June 11, 2020, meeting minutes. Tami Lansdown clarified that the minutes stated she had already talked to a prospective new member, however she had actually stated she was intending to, then seconded. All votes aye.

The June 2020 financials were approved.

The turbine site maintenance was discussed. It was believed only a basic mowing and trimming bid would be desired, but no snow removal. Dimensions were needed to move forward with the approval.

Mike was asked to help with the design of an ad for the logo competition.

Measurements for Christmas decorations are needed before moving the discussion further.

Other items brought up which might need further discussion were the funding of a new city website and the flea market being held the second weekend of each month.

The next meeting will be held Thursday, August 13, 2020, at 6:00 p.m.

The meeting was then adjourned.
