The Atchison County Sheriff’s Office would like to rescind prior incarceration information submitted to the Atchison County Mail for Scott Brion. The incarceration report should have read: Scott Brion, 35, Rock Port, Missouri, was arrested July 28, 2020, at 206 E. Calhoun by the Rock Port Police Department on a charge of 1st degree property damage.
