Lois G. Ingebritson/Kvetensky passed away Saturday, August 8, 2020, at her Columbus, Nebraska, home surrounded by family.

Lois was born September 24, 1932, to Joe and Daisy Hoversten in Randal, Iowa. She married Merton W. Ingebritson and had one son, Rodney Dean Ingebritson. When Mert tragically passed away, Lois left Rock Port, Missouri, and moved to Omaha. There she continued her education in management/accounting and real estate. She retired from Omaha Public Schools.

Lois married Warren Kvetensky in 1988 at the Cal Neva Lodge, Nevada. He passed away in 2012.

Lois loved traveling, swimming, and family. If she could combine all three that was even better.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husbands, Merton Inebritson and Warren Kvetensky; son, Rodney D. Ingebritson; sister, Alvina Bleeker; brother, Melvin Hoversten; and many dear family members and friends.

Lois is survived by sisters, Natalie Burns, Joan Gaston, and Pam Jondal; brother, Ken Hoversten; grandchildren, Amy Allen and Nate Ingebritson; stepsons, Robert and Steve Kvetensky; great-granddaughters, Halley and Jessica Allen, and Abigail Ingebritson; great-grandsons, Riley, Braiden, and Christopher Ingebritson; her precious great-great-granddaughter, Avalon Reeder; the unborn Gilsdorf twins (one boy, one girl); and many other nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church, Rock Port. The family will begin greeting friends starting at 1:00 p.m. at the church. Inurnment will be at Hunter Cemetery, Rock Port. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society. Care entrusted to Chamberlain Funeral Home, Rock Port.
