Burke – Arraignment on Felony Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop By Fleeing – Creating A Substantial Risk Of Serious Injury/Death To Any Person, Fail To Yield To Emergency Vehicle Sounding Siren And Displaying Red/Blue Light, DWI, Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded By 26 Mph Or More), Operated A Motor Vehicle In A Careless And Imprudent Manner, Failed To Drive On Right Half Of Roadway When Roadway Was Of Sufficient Width, Causing An Immediate Threat Of Accident. Case called. The state appears by PA Hurst, the defendant appears by Attorney Euler and case continued. Arraignment scheduled for December 8, 2020.
State vs. Cassandra Lyn Carlson – Arraignment on Felony Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. Case called. The state appears by PA Hurst, the defendant appears and with Attorney Euler, waives arraignment and with a plea agreement, enters a plea of guilty to Count I of Possession Of Controlled Substance. The court accepts the plea agreement and finds the defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The court sentences the defendant to 4 years in the Department of Corrections, but suspends execution of sentence and placed on supervised probation for 5 years with the State Probation & Parole, abide by all conditions of probation and pay costs.
State vs. Clifford S. Chaney – Probation Violation for Felony. Case called. The state appears by PA Hurst, the defendant does not appear due to hospitalization and case continued to December 8, 2020, at 9:00 a.m.
State vs. Jessica Lynn Hahn – Arraignment on Felony Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. Case called. The state appears by PA Hurst, the defendant also appears without an attorney, waives formal arraignment and enters a plea of guilty with a plea agreement. The court accepts the plea agreement and finds the defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and sentenced to three years in the Dept. of Corrections with a 120 day call back and jurisdiction retained.
State vs. Kelsey M. Huffman – Arraignment on Felony Stealing – $750 Or More, Stealing, and Stealing – Value Less Than $150 And No Prior Stealing Offense. Case called. The state appears by PA Hurst and case is continued to December 8, 2020.
State vs. Aaron J. Jenks – Probation Violation hearing on Felony. Case called. The state appears by PA Hurst, the defendant appears without an attorney. The defendant appeals denial of application for Public Defender. Appeal is sustained and the public defender is ordered to take the case and appears with the defendant. Case continued to December 8, 2020, at 9:00 a.m.
State vs. Gary Lynn Kent – Plea/Trial Setting on Felony Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid and Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. Plea/Trial Setting scheduled for December 8, 2020.
State vs. Thomas Eugene McCrerey – Plea/Trial Setting on Felony Assault – 1st Degree Or Attempt, DWI – Serious Physical Injury, Leaving Scene Of Accident – Physical Injury, Operated A Motor Vehicle In A Careless And Imprudent Manner, Involving An Accident, Possession Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid Of 10 Grams Or Less, and Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. Case called. The state appears by PA Hurst, the defendant appears with Attorney Nadolski. Jury trial is waived and a Bench Trial is set for two days on January 25 and 26, 2021, at 9:00 a.m.
