The East Atchison Wolves travelled to Stanberry, Missouri, Friday, November 13, 2020, to compete for the District 4 Championship Title. The two teams had faced-off in the regular season with the Stanberry Bulldogs coming out on top 20-18. Unfortunately for the Wolves, the end result was the same, albeit by a different score, 20-26.

This contest would be even more of a nail biter, as East Atchison led most of the game until Stanberry tied it up in the 4th quarter and the game went into overtime. The Wolves were leading 6-0 at the end of the 1st quarter, 12-8 at the end of the 2nd, and 20-14 at the end of the 3rd. At the end of the 4th, the game was tied 20-20. The Wolves made it within a few yards of the endzone, but they were stopped short by the Bulldogs.  Defense was the dominating theme for the night, with both teams fighting hard to keep the other team from gaining yards and points.

The Wolves had a great season, finishing with an overall record of eight wins and four losses. This team has a lot to be proud of and will be ready for next season!
