Coach Mark Staten remarked, “Our Tarkio Junior High Academic Team ended the season with eight wins and one loss in the last match – 90 to 91! We have been practicing every Tuesday morning at 7:15 a.m. since October, with a few after school practices, too! I never once dreaded a practice or meet because 15 students were excited to learn! COVID quarantine got in our way, but we made it work. Thanks for the dedication, work ethic, desire, and enjoyment. Our kids make us proud!”
