The Rock Port High School 2020-2021 Academic Banquet was held March 15, 2021, at Rock Port R-II High School. Principal Donnie Parsons welcomed everyone to the banquet. Johnny Davis gave the blessing before the program.
Regan Griffin was the guest speaker. Flowers for each student were donated by the Chamberlain family.
The banquet honors Rock Port High School students who have distinguished themselves by maintaining a grade point average of 3.67 or higher. Students recognized (* denotes National Honor Society members) were:

Brock Nuckolls of Citizens Bank & Trust told those present that the Rock Port R-II Scholarship has awarded $139,000 in scholarships in 36 years. This year’s recipients were Ashley Christian and Kelcie Gaines. The Rex Shandy Trust Scholarship has awarded 88 scholarships in 27 years. This year’s recipients were Mercer Deatz and Drew Weber. Brock noted that the total amount given in scholarships will pass $2 million after the Gibbs Scholarships are awarded this summer.
