The Fairfax Avenue of Flags (pictured here in 2020) will be on display in the Fairfax City Park over Memorial Day weekend. American flags are set up by the John Richards Legion Post #284. Set-up will be at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, May 29. Volunteers are needed to help with set-up and take-down, as they will be flying all the flags, which now total over 100. Please contact Stan Osburn if you can help or show up at the park at 8:00 a.m. The flags will be lowered at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 31.
