As work continues on the runway project at Gould Peterson Municipal Airport in Tarkio, the WingNuts Flying Circus has announced the cancellation of this year’s air show. The event, which attracts thousands of pilots, stunt fliers and parachutists, and aeronautic fans from all over the U.S., was scheduled for August 21. However, the runway will not be completed in time. The event will take place next year.
