The East Atchison Lady Wolves Golf Team members have been taking part in summer golf matches around the area to keep their golf game in tip top shape. Recent competitions and results include:

July 5th at Fairview Golf Course, St. Joseph

14-15 year-olds: Alex Barnett, 105, 2nd; and Sydnee Bruns, 122, 3rd

16-18 year-olds: Kelsea Kirwan, 97, 2nd; and Josie King, 106

July 12th at Copper Hill Par 3 Course, St. Joseph

14-15 year-olds: Barnett, 72, 1st; and Bruns, 88, 3rd

16-18 year-olds: Kirwan, 79; and King, 83

July 19th at St. Joseph Country Club, St. Joseph

14-15 year-olds: Barnett, 95, 1st; and Bruns, 124

16-18 year-olds: Kirwan, 103, 3rd; and King, 111

July 26th at Duncan Hills in Savannah

14-15 year-olds: Barnett, 107, 2nd; and Bruns, 111, 3rd

16-18 year-olds: Kirwan, 97, 2nd; and King, 107

August 2nd at NWMO Jr. Tour Championship at St. Joseph Country Club

14-15 year-olds: Barnett, 95, 1st; and Bruns, 124, 3rd

16-18 year-olds: Kirwan, 103, 1st (tie); and King, 116

Alex Barnett and Kelsea Kirwan each finished 1st overall for the summer season in their age groups and Sydnee Bruns finished 3rd overall in her age group.The girls get the rest of this week off and then regular season practice begins Monday.
