The following incarcerations were recently recorded at the Atchison County Jail in Rock Port, Missouri:

Steven Smith, 52, Brownville, Nebraska, was arrested at 10:08 p.m. September 6, 2021, by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for: Possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and knowingly failed to equip motor vehicle/motor drawn vehicle with two approved red tail lamps on proper level.

Chad Rose, 45, Fairfax, Missouri, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. September 9, 2021, on N Avenue, Fairfax, by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department on an Atchison County warrant for non-support.

Justin Scott, 33, Mound City, Missouri, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. September 10, 2021, in Buchanan County, Missouri, by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department  on an Atchison County warrant for non-support.

Andres Romero, 31, Tarkio, Missouri, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. September 12, 2021, by the Tarkio Police Department for: Willfully Failing/Refusing To Obey Or Resisting/Opposing Law Enforcement Officer or Firefighter in the Proper Discharge of Their Duties, Resisting/Interfering With Arrest, Detention or Stop, Domestic Assault – 4th Degree.

Courtney Wright, 38, Clarinda, Iowa, was arrested at 8:17 p.m. September 16, 2021, at 804 Main Street, Tarkio, by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department on a Page County, Iowa, warrant for possession of controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense and controlled substance violation.

Timothy Oswald, 40, Fairfax, Missouri, was arrested at 8:39 a.m. September 17, 2021, at the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department to serve 30 days on charge of DWI.

Andrew Hazen, 29, Plattsmouth, Nebraska, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. September 17, 2021, at the Rock Port Inn by the Rock Port Police Department for: Burglary – 2nd degree, property damage – 2nd degree and domestic assault – 4th degree.
