Two new great titles are heading to the Tarkio Branch of the Atchison County Library in memory of longtime advocate Pat Wessler, who passed away in September. Both were chosen to reflect Pat’s interest in art. “The Story Of Paintings: A History Of Art For Children” and “Botany For The Artist” are superior books for learning and art direction.
