The Tarkio High School Academic Team competed in a 275 Scholar Bowl Quad Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Rock Port High School. Rock Port High School Scholar Bowl hosted Nodaway-Holt, DeKalb, and Tarkio in a home quad on March 8.

In the first round, Rock Port defeated Nodaway-Holt 230-100. The Jays triumphed over DeKalb 210-160. The team ended the night by defeating Tarkio 380-110.

Point-leaders for the night were Bannack Skillen with 220, Carter Gebhards with 60, and Anneliese Clauson with 20. Malachi Skillen and Aubrey Watkins each contributed 10 points on toss-up questions. The team worked together on bonus questions to add 500 points to the team scores.

The Tarkio team went 2-1 at the event with the following scores: Tarkio 240 vs. DeKalb 140; Tarkio 230 vs. Nodaway Holt 120; and Tarkio 110 vs. Rock Port 380. Aaron Schlueter scored 140 points, Bo Graves 50, and Haley Garrison 50.
