The Tarkio High School Academic Team hosted a scholar bowl quad Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at the high school.

Team scores include: Tarkio 290 vs. Osborn 260, Tarkio 240 vs. Jefferson 30, and Tarkio 200 vs. Northeast Nodaway 180. Individual scores for Tarkio were Aaron Schlueter 160, Bo Graves 70, Haley Garrison 50, and Alex Barnett 20.

The THS Academic Team traveled to Oregon, Missouri, to compete in a scholar bowl competition at South Holt.

Tarkio defeated Craig 250-80. North Nodaway forfeited so Tarkio won a second time. Tarkio also defeated South Holt 240-140. The Tarkio junior varsity also got in on the action and played South Holt JV, winning 190-50. Tarkio’s record is now 11-1.

Tarkio’s individual scores were: Aaron Schlueter 70, Bo Graves 20, Haley Garrison 20, Alex Barnett 80, and Brooklyn Wennihan 10.
