No active COVID-19 cases in Atchison County at this time

The Atchison County Health Department was notified of three new COVID-19 cases during the week of March 14-20, 2022. They include:

1 female – age 30-39

1 female, 1 male – ages 60-69

No cases were reported during the week of March 21-27, 2022.

As of March 28,2022, Atchison County has had 1,438 total cases, and 24 deaths. There are no active cases and no active COVID-19 hospitalizations in our local hospital.

Total doses of the COVID-19 vaccine given in Atchison County total 6,554. Initiated vaccination is at 58.3% (ninth in the state) and completed vaccination is at 56.2% (8th in the state).
