The following cases were heard in Atchison County Circuit Court Tuesday, April 5, 2022, before the Honorable Corey Keith Herron at the Atchison County Courthouse in Rock Port, Missouri:

State vs. Bobbi Jo Christo – Arraignment on Felony. Case called. The state appears by SPA Smith. The defendant appears and with Attorney Euler and with a plea agreement, enters a plea of guilty to possession of controlled substance. The court accepts the plea agreement and finds the defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The defendant is placed on SIS with 5 years probation with the State Probation & Parole and must abide by all conditions of probation & parole, pay all court costs and maintain employment.

State vs. Ronell D. Leeson – Plea/Trial Setting on Felony Tampering With Motor Vehicle – 1st Degree and Stealing – All Other Property Under 570.030.5(3). Case called. The state appears by SPA Smith. The defendant appears by Attorney Euler and case continued for review on May 3, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. which is the last day for accepting a binding plea.

State vs. David A. Ruhl – Probation Violation Hearing on Felony. Case called. The state appears by SPA Smith. The defendant appears pro se. Hearing held and the state withdraws probation revocation for consideration. Probation suspension lifted.

State vs. Selena J.M. Somerville – Probation Violation Hearing on Felony. Case called. The state appears by SPA Smith. The defendant appear in person and with Attorney Euler. Next appearance set for May 3, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.

State vs. David A. White – Probation Violation Hearing on Felony. Case called. The state appears by SPA Smith. The defendant appears for probation violation and case continued to May 3, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.
