Kris Umbarger with Community Hospital-Fairfax in Fairfax, Missouri, was the guest speaker at the April 12, 2022, meeting of the Tarkio Rotary Club. She shared with the Rotarians information about the grant that was used to bring a nationally-known speaker to Atchison County to talk to junior high and high school students about mental health.
