National Nursing Home Week will be May 8-14. Pleasant View Nursing Home has planned several activities. This year’s theme is “Creating and Nurturing Connections.” Pleasant View has chosen to show how much Pleasant View appreciates their community connections.

Monday they will be celebrating by inviting a family member per resident in to join for a resident favorite, BINGO!

Tuesday they will show their appreciation to 9-1-1 personnel by having coffee and donuts from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Volunteer churches will be invited for tea and cookies Wednesday from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.

An organization from the school will be invited to play BINGO on Thursday.

Local businesses are invited to join residents Friday for happy hour from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
