The trees lining the Jesse and Donna Payne property along South 6th Street in Tarkio were gorgeous last week, having bloomed all along the street and drive. Rainy weather allowed for the plants, trees, and flowers to finally grow, although it seems the temperatures went from winter to summer with a snap.
