As part of the Fairfax R-3 Alumni senior initiation, the seniors who wish to join the alumni organization are given a list of tasks to fulfill. One of these is to sweep a section of Main Street at a set time and date. This year, however, rain fell the night before the seniors were to sweep and the dirt became mud.
