Even though the day was providing a cool 67 degree temp, Locke Chaney of Rock Port set out his lemonade stand to provide some tasty refreshments to anyone walking or driving by. His mother, Tyne Chaney, said Locke had been planning this since last week and just couldn’t wait for a sunny day.
