Marc Horner, Rotary District 6040 Foundation Chairman, was the guest speaker at the September 6, 2022, meeting of the Tarkio Rotary Club. The Rotary Foundation has raised more than 15 million in contributions to help the people of Ukraine. Members in country distribute water, food, medicine and clothing to those in need. Rotarians also have traveled to border countries to help refugees adapt to their new situations.
