The Atchison County Community Health Team held a planning meeting Monday, September 12. A number of community partners attended and learned about the amazing resources available in our community. Those attending also worked on a Forces of Change worksheet.

Another community meeting will be held Monday, September 26, to hear additional input.

Julie Livengood, Administrator of the Atchison County Health Department, said, “Atchison County, residents, we need your input for our Community Themes and Strengths Survey! Is our community a safe place to live? Are there enough economic opportunities? What factors do you use to measure your quality of life in Atchison County?”

Please take 10 minutes to provide some feedback on life in Atchison County. This is a small portion of the Community Health Assessment project, so expect more surveys like this in the future.
