Volunteers are needed to help raise flags at the Fairfax Avenue of Flags on Veterans Day, Friday, November 11, at 7:00 a.m. in the Fairfax City Park. The Avenue of Flags project is under the direction of the John Richards American Legion Post #284. Volunteers will also be needed to lower the flags.
