Three Tarkio R-I student athletes placed in the Elks Hoop Shoot in Maryville, Missouri, this past weekend. Layla Livengood won the 8-9 age division, Annalee Livengood won the 12-13 age division, and Axyl Slemp placed 2nd in the 12-13 age division. Other Tarkio competitors at the hoop shoot included Titus Wright, Graceyn Reeves, and Bryar Wennihan.
