The 91st Annual Fairfax Invitational Basketball Tournament is taking place this week at Fairfax R-3. During the event, the Fairfax junior class will open its Bulldog Cafe. Besides the usual, the concession stand will offer: Tuesday – Build your own nachos; Wednesday – Creamed chicken on a bun; Thursday – French dip panini; Friday – Baked potato bar; and Saturday – Breakfast bowl.
