The Rock Port High School Winter Homecoming Queen is Mikayla Makings and King is Caleb Lucas. Mikayla is the daughter of Shawn and Debbie Makings and Caleb is the son of Jon and Kristen Lucas.
Rock Port Winter Homecoming was held Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Members of the Homecoming Court, from left to right, are: front – Kolcyn Barnes and Jersey Jones, crownbearers; and back – Raylynn Jenkins, Reid Ellis, Nora Watkins, Dylan Lair, Chaney Vogler, Brecken Kelly, Queen Mikayla Makings, King Caleb Lucas, Aidan Burke, Tarver Muntz, Jaylynn Garst, Trenton Wallace, Tatum Vogler, and Jackson Meyerkorth.
Senior Caleb Lucas was recognized for his four years of wrestling during the home meet on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Caleb is pictured escorting his parents, Jon and Kristen Lucas.

On January 17, 2023, before the Rock Port Triangular meet with Polo and Albany, both Rock Port Coach Mark McMahon, left, and Polo’s Coach Kyle Ross, right, presented former Head Coach Chris Johnson with a plaque recognizing him for his years of service to both schools.
Around 50 of Coach Chris Johnson’s former wrestlers, students, friends and family joined to thank him for his years of coaching.
