It was a packed house at the Fairfax Fire Station on Saturday night, February 11, 2023. People from all over northwest Missouri turned out to show their support for Bud Simmons. Bud was recently diagnosed with a tumor behind his eye and has made several trips to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Community members put everything together starting with a dinner where they served pulled pork and sides. That was followed up with an auction with close to 100 items that were auctioned off by Chance Clement. We couldn’t have asked for a better turnout and show of support.
