A couple weeks ago, the Tarkio Pack 88 Cub Scouts decided to do some service projects for Tarkio Rehabilitation & Health Care nursing home in Tarkio. In addition to making sun catchers for the residents, the Scouts chose to purchase and install solar lights for the flag poles. They will be returning later this spring to plant flowers in front of the building. (Matt Schlueter photos)
