Monica Bailey, Executive Director of ACDC, was the guest speaker at the noon meeting of the Tarkio Rotary Club on May 16. She shared with the Rotarians information about the ACDC Business Grant, the Tarkio Renewal Property Improvement Grant and the Youth Community Improvement Grant. Grants are available to help improve business, personal property and community beautification. Atchison County residents and students are encouraged to take advantage of these grants.
