Atchison County Community Services, Inc. and  Second Harvest in St. Joseph team up to bring free produce, dairy, and protein to Atchison County once a month. The May and June food drops have been cancelled, but Community Services still wants to offer assistance.

If you are not currently signed up for assistance with food or utilities and would like to learn more or see if you qualify, contact Sam O’Riley at Community Services Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Tarkio office 660-736-4646. Community Services’ mission is to empower the people of need in Northwest Missouri to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
