Golden Triangle of Craig, Missouri, appreciates local farmers who utilize their services. The company hosted an appreciation breakfast in their honor on Wednesday, August 16, at Toad Hollar in Mound City, Missouri.
Kelly Bordewick, General Manager, welcomed the guests and explained the types of alcohol produced at Golden Triangle. Jeff Geib, Commodities Manager, thanked the farmers for their business and explained the changes to the website and the current text caster system for improved access to markets and pricing.
Megan Sharp, Human Resources and Grain Payables, was also on site to answer any questions regarding payments and offer other information. A delicious breakfast buffet was served by the Toad Hollar staff.
Gifts were distributed to all present. Door prizes were won by the following attendees: Premium on load of corn: Bill Ungles and Tim Umbarger, $100 each; Bruce VanGundy, Hugh Wallace, Trevor Umbarger, and Gerald Meadows, set of two heavy duty lawn chairs; Jodee Kurtz, Bill Isley, David Drewes, and Sheldon Davis, golf gift set; and Chris Gebhards, Scott Meadows, Bradley Kurtz, and Derek Davis, Golden Triangle gift bag.
