Garrett and Shelby Alsup of Tarkio, Missouri, are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Gia Lynn Alsup. Gia was born at 7:15 p.m. on August 26, 2023, at Shenandoah Medical Center. She weighed 8 pounds and 9 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long. Besides her parents, Gia was welcomed home by siblings: Skyler Alsup, Bexley and Ledgen Lambert, and Kinley Niles.

Paternal grandparents are Rebecca and Matt Gatlin and James and Sandy Alsup. Maternal grandparents are Gary Wiley and Rita and Danny Moore. Paternal great-grandparents are Donna Logan and Kent Lawrence. Carmen Moore is the baby’s step great-grandmother.
