Second follow-up from routine inspection on 6/6/23 and first follow-up inspection from 7/11/23

• Priority Items: Rodent dropping with cabinets of self-serve beverage machines – much less than previously, but apparently still having rodent issues (pest control services have been contacted). Unlabeled frozen treats in chest freezer. No written procedure for using time as a public health control. PHFs not held at 135°F or above: chicken, bean, etc. 108-115°F in Ceyenne warmer. Sandwiches – 111°F in display warmer. Pizza – 127°F in display warmer. Display warmer item could be okay if using time as public health control, but no written procedure.

• Core Items: No test kits for sanitizer. Hole in the wall under 3-bay sink. Note hole in hallway between restrooms – resheetrocked, but needs finished. Both restroom doors do not fully close. Both restrooms still have odors. Pizza prep table is missing handles on lids. Note: kitchen hand sink out of paper towels at time of inspection. Will reinspect in September – date to be determined after consulting with the State EPHS.
