Each pinwheel in the picture above represents a victim of domestic violence served by C.A.R.E. of Atchison County, Inc., within the past year. In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, C.A.R.E. will hold a candlelight vigil Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. on the east lawn of the Atchison County Courthouse in Rock Port.
