The East Atchison Lady Wolves golf team traveled to Plattsburg, Missouri, to compete in a best ball tournament Monday, October 2, 2023.
Alex Barnett and Sydnee Bruns brought home first place medals with an 85. Kamryn Brown and Amelia Larson shot a 100. Jillian Hannah and Beth Clark shot a 124. The team placed third overall.
The East Atchison Lady Wolves golf team traveled to Maryville, Missouri, Tuesday, October 3, 2023, to compete in a Pink Out event at Mozingo Lake Golf Course. Each team that competed brought donations they had collected for cancer patients at Mosaic Medical Center in Maryville.
It was a very windy day, but the girls enjoyed golfing for a great cause.
Individual EA scores were: Alex Barnett, 48; Sydnee Bruns, 53; Kamryn Brown, 54; Amelia Larson, 55; Jillian Hannah, 65; and Beth Clark, 70. The team total score was 210.
Rock Port’s Hadleigh Jones was the only Lady Jay golfing. She shot a 61.
