The Rock Port National Honor Society held an induction ceremony for new members October 4, 2023, at the high school. Chaney Vogler welcomed all in attendance and presented the inductees.
The inductees were: Cali Driskell, Jaylynn Garst, Jaymes Herron, Hadleigh Jones, Ryan Lucas, Addison Maifeld, Avery Meyerkorth, Lilly Pankau, Payten Shrader, Malachi Skillen, and Claire Spiegel.
Current NHS members are: Dereck Dush, Carter Gebhards, Ozey Hurst, Rylee Jenkins, Dylan Kemerling, Peyton Lager, Reed Miller, Tarver Muntz, Bannack Skillen, Chaney Vogler, and Jaysa Welch.
The 2023-24 officers are: Chaney Vogler, president; Bannack Skillen, vice-president; Rylee Jenkins, secretary; Jaysa Welch, treasurer; Ozey Hurst, Student Council representative; and Dylan Kemerling, reporter/historian. The NHS sponsor is Mrs. Christin Dush.
