Anita Sutter, middle, was selected as the Tarkio Rotarian of the Year. Anita serves as reporter for the local club and is the Rotary Foundation chairperson. She has served two terms as president of the Tarkio Rotary. Anita is innovative and encourages the club, challenging it weekly with projects other Rotary clubs have completed in the United States and around the world through foundation grants.
