The Fairfax Kiwanis Club is hosting its annual Election Day Pancake Feed Tuesday, November 7, 2023. The pancake feed will be held at the Fairfax Fire Station Community Room from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Free will donations will be accepted.

The Tarkio Nutrition Center will be host to Bingo players Thursday, November 9, 2023, from 10:00 to 11:10 a.m. Sponsored by Oak Pointe, a senior living community, this free event will include prizes and fun for all. Play bingo and stay for lunch!

Veterans Day is Saturday, November 11, but the schools are recognizing area veterans with assemblies on Friday, November 10. Everyone is encouraged to attend these ceremonies, which honor the sacrifices our service men and women have made over the years to provide us with the many freedoms we hold dear. The Westboro Lions Club is hosting its Hunters’ Pancake & Sausage Breakfast Saturday, November 11, from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. and a Meat-A-Plenty Lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Free-will donations will be accepted at both meals.
