Adopt-A-Family program

Registration for the Adopt-A-Family program, sponsored by the Rock Port Ministerial Alliance, has ended. Currently, there are 13 children, 10 elder baskets, and 11 family baskets available for adoption.  If you would like to adopt a child, family, or elder, email rmpa@rpt.coop or call or text 660-253-3535. If you call, leave your name, the best time to call back, and a brief message and your message will be returned as the secretary’s schedule permits.

Adopt-A-Senior for Christmas

The Tarkio Nutrition Center provides over 17,000 meals a year! Many of the seniors are homebound and live alone. The meals on wheels program provides not only a meal, but also a friendy visit from a volunteer.

Sponsors are needed to help support the Adopt-A-Senior program, so the Tarkio Nutrition Center can continue to deliver hot, nutritious meals to those in need in the community. For just $50, you can sponsor meals to a senior for a whole month.
