Rita Wallinga, community outreach coordinator for Young At Heart, was the guest speaker at the Tarkio Rotary Club on December 5, 2023. Young At Heart provides many services in northwest Missouri such as benefits counseling, advocacy for long-term care, legal aid, transportation, family caregiver programs and in-home services.
