Community Hospital-Fairfax (CH-F) has announced the addition of two specialty physicians, Joanna Twombly, D.O., OB/GYN, and Tyler Sten, D.P.M., Podiatry, to the Outpatient Specialty Clinic. Dr. Twombly replaces Dr. Boyle, who retired this fall. She will be providing gynecology services for CH-F patients at a clinic held twice a month. She began seeing patients January 5 and will also have a clinic January 26.
Dr. Sten is offering a new service to the area specializing in all aspects of podiatry. Dr. Sten can treat ailments of the lower leg and foot including conditions caused by other health issues. His first clinic will be January 22, 2024.
Dr. Twombly completed her education and training at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Sten was born and raised in St. Joseph, Missouri. He completed his education and training at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery and is board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
