The Fairfax Methodist Church will host a traveling day camp through Heartland Camps in partnership with Good News Church in Tarkio and Westboro Methodist Church. The date for this year’s camp is June 10-14. Students who have finished K-6 for the 2023-2024 school are encouraged to register. There is no fee to attend this year’s camp. The camp hours are daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Registration is open, and space is limited to 48 campers this year. Go to heartlandcamps.org, click on the “register” link, and follow the instructions to register your camper. Select “East Atchison Traveling Day Camp.” There are plans to run a bus to Tarkio and Westboro to pick up campers this summer. For more information, call the host church at 660-686-3314.
