Community Hospital-Fairfax (CH-F) recently announced that Holly Huntley, R.N., of Rock Port, Missouri, has been named the CH-F 2023 Employee of the Year. Holly works in the population health department providing chronic care management. She began her CH-F career in 2011 as a registered nurse in the med/ surgical department. She rejoined the CH-F team in 2017 as a home health nurse and transitioned in 2020 to the population health and chronic care management team. In her role, she advocates for her patients and helps them find the tools and resources they need while providing a compassionate ear to listen.
