Colin Sandquist, 42, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. February 6, 2024, in Rock Port, Missouri, by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for: Resisting and fleeing, fail to yield to emergency vehicle, and operating vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.

Jajasiel Martinez Ramirez, 38, Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested at 2:00 p.m. February 7, 2024, in Buchanan County by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tessa Jones, 40, St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. February 8, 2024, in St. Joseph, Missouri, by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for: Probation Violation.
