Thomas Colin Pritt, the son of Thomas and Elizabeth (Brusha) Rosenbohm, was born September 30, 1945, in Nebraska City, Nebraska. He attended Rock Port High School, Rock Port, Missouri, graduating in 1965.

In 1976, Colin was united in marriage to Sharleen Lloyd and they became the parents of two sons, Damien and Derrick. They later divorced.

In the 1980s, Colin owned and operated Colin Pritt Construction until he was employed for Atchison County Road District. He retired in 2010.

Colin enjoyed drinking coffee and visiting with friends. He also enjoyed cruising, going to the river, and watching Westerns. Colin passed away Friday, July 12, 2024, at Pleasant View Nursing Home, Rock Port, at the age of 78.

Colin was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include children, Derrick (Donna) and Damien (Danyal) Pritt; grandchildren, Harlee, Stevie, Alyssa, Aiden, and Erin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
