Dates for registration have changed and the first day of school has been moved to Tuesday, August 27. Midwest Data Center is hosting the Back-to-School Picnic on Monday, August 26.

Thank you to the Tarkio Board of Public Works crews and their helpers for fixing the water main leaks through hours of hot labor, and to The Salvation Army, Community Services, and many volunteers who handed out free water last week in Tarkio.

After a scorching hot several days, it looks like temperatures will start to fall a bit so that everyone can get outside and enjoy some of the last days of “freedom” before school and activities resume.
