The Northwest Missouri Regional Council of Governments serves as an Economic Development District for the U.S. Department of Commerce-Economic Development Administration and also as an advocate for the Northwest Missouri region before federal, state, and local governmental agencies and other organizations that influence or affect public policy. They are currently working on the five-year update to the region’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) and your help is needed.
They recently made a public engagement survey to help gather input as they work through the CEDS update process. This survey gathers input on things such as agriculture, emergency services, education, broadband access, housing, economic development, transportation, entrepreneurship/small business development, infrastructure, and more.
The survey can be found at http://nwmorcog1.questionpro.com/t/AbK7DZ3kW8. If you have questions about the CEDS update, reach out via email to alyssa@nwmorcog.org.
